Actyra is operated by PDE Media Partners LLC (“Actyra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers information collected through Actyra's website and our direct business interactions. Client course content and other materials submitted as part of an engagement may also be governed by a contract, data processing agreement, or other written terms with the client.

Client and course content

Some Actyra services require clients to provide course files, instructional content, assessments, documents, learning data, or other business materials.

Depending on the engagement and the data-handling track selected, content may be processed using third-party technology providers, including AI providers. Where applicable, the specific processing arrangements, retention terms, and restrictions are described in our Data Handling documentation and any agreement governing the engagement.

For content that cannot be sent to a commercial AI provider, Actyra may offer a restricted processing approach where agreed as part of the engagement.

We do not treat client content submitted for an engagement as permission to publish that content or use it as a public case study.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
  • provide and support our services;
  • process transactions;
  • manage client relationships and engagements;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
  • diagnose technical problems;
  • understand how our website and services are used;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
  • maintain business and financial records;
  • comply with legal and contractual obligations; and
  • protect the rights, property, and security of Actyra, our clients, and others.

We may also use information for other purposes disclosed to you when it is collected or with your consent where required.

AI and automated systems

Actyra uses AI as part of some of its internal processes and services.

Depending on the service, AI systems may assist with activities such as analysis, research, course review, instructional analysis, software development, or processing materials submitted as part of an engagement.

We do not assume that an AI-generated result is correct simply because a model produced it. Our use of AI, including any human-review requirements that apply to a particular service, is described in the relevant service documentation or agreement.

When client content may be processed by an external AI provider, we disclose the applicable data-handling arrangement before the client submits that content.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Actyra or deliver our services. Depending on the service, these may include providers for:

  • website hosting and infrastructure;
  • email and communications;
  • analytics;
  • payment processing;
  • cloud storage;
  • software development and security;
  • customer or project management; and
  • AI processing.

These providers receive information only as needed for the services they perform for us and are subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Actyra does not sell personal information for money.

Retention periods for client course content and other engagement materials may be specified separately in our Data Handling documentation, contract, or data processing agreement.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and contractual requirements.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices and rights

If you access our website or provide information from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Where required, we will use appropriate mechanisms for international transfers of personal information.
