Actyra, LLC ("Actyra," "we," "us," or "our") operates actyra.com, actyralearn.com, and actyralabs.com (collectively, the "Sites"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Sites or use our services.

Information You Provide Directly
- Contact forms and inquiries: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content when you contact us or request services.
- Chat widget: Name, email address, and message content when you use the live chat feature on our Sites.

- Vercel (hosting): Our Sites are hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard log data as part of its hosting services.

Client engagement data is retained in accordance with the applicable service agreement and our legal obligations.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments.

All Users
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
